Will my standard USB 2 socket (0.5 Amp Output) on the back of my TV be sufficient to power my Skylarx Unit?
A

It will power the unit but you may incur some disturbance to the picture. It is therefore recommended you either use a USB 3.0 socket (1.0 Amp output) if you have one or use the power supply provided to experience the best quality.

If I put the Skylarx receiver in my closed TV unit will it still work?
A

No, the receiver must be in clear sight of the transmitter.

What does line of sight mean?
A

This means that there can be no obstructions between the transmitter device and Receiver. The units will not work through walls / ceilings.

Do I have to use the power adaptor provided or can I plug the USB into my own power source?
A

You can use the USB connection on your transmission source and also on your receiver screen. However, for optimum performance we recommend you use the power adaptor provided.

Does Skylarx support 5.1 Audio?

Yes, Skylarx supports Dolby Digital 5.1

Why do I have no picture on my second screen?
A

Make sure all cables are connected correctly (please use the HDMI cables provided). Make sure there are no obstructions between the Transmitter and Receiver as this is a line-of-sight device. Unplug the power cable to restart the Skylarx transmitter to reset the units.

What frame Per second resolution does the Skylarx use?
A

30 frames per second @ 60GHz.

I am a Gamer and ideally, I would like 60 Frames Per Second experience, will this ever be possible with Skylarx?

Yes Skylarx 2 will have this function. Keep watching for updates as to when this version will be available.
