My Skylarx units won’t pair with my SKY Q box?

Follow this simple guide to resolve this issue:

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Go to Setup
  3. Go to Audio Visual
  4. Go to picture resolution
  5. Select 1080p
  6. Select Confirm

Your Skylarx units will now be able to pair easily with your Sky Q box.

Note: Skylarx transmits 2160p at 30Hz whereas Sky Q transmits 2160p at 50Hz so if the 2160p setting is selected on your Sky Q box your Skylarx will not be able to pair.
